Return & Exchange Policy
General Policy
No Refunds: Returns are issued as a credit only and will not be refunded in the original form of payment.
Exchange or Credit Only: Approved returns will receive either an exchange or store credit.
Conditions for Returns
Resalable Merchandise: 100% credit will be given for merchandise that is resalable, returned in its original, unmarked, and unsoiled packaging within thirty (30) days of the purchase date, pending office approval.
Non-Resalable Merchandise: No credit will be given for merchandise that has been used, marked, labeled, or returned in soiled packaging.
Timeframe: No credit will be given for merchandise returned after thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.
Exclusions
Used Merchandise: No credit will be given for merchandise that has been used.
Non-Resalable Condition: No credit will be given for merchandise that is not in resalable condition.
Special Categories: No credit will be given for items that are marked as discontinued, clearance, special orders, skincare, makeup, pre-packs, or fall under the “Final Sale” category.
Restocking Fees for Return Items
Restocking Charges: Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Defective Merchandise
Responsibility: Pearlon Products assumes no responsibility for damages unless reported within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.
Reporting Damages: If damages or defects are not reported upon delivery, the product from that shipment will no longer be accepted in the future for any reason.
Replacement: Manufacturer defective retail products will be accepted and replaced for the client up to 3 months from the purchase date.
Equipment & Furniture
Special Orders: No credit on specially ordered equipment and any furniture sales. All furniture, equipment, and software sales are final. No returns or exchanges are allowed.
Payment: All furniture sales are prepaid. Full payment is required before the product is shipped.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are always an additional cost. There is no free shipping on furniture orders.
Damage Upon Delivery: If you receive your furniture shipment and notice damage on any of the boxes, do not sign for the shipment. If the shipment is signed, document on the bill of lading the number of damaged boxes and have the driver sign it immediately.
Electrical
Warranty: No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Only manufacturer warranty applies. Please refer to each manufacturer’s own warranty policy for additional details.
Shears
Manufacturer’s Warranty: Pearlon Products Inc. will only guarantee shears that have a manufacturer’s warranty and only if it is a manufacturer’s defect. Our office must be notified of any manufacturer defects within 24 hours from the time the shears were received.
Warranties
Abuse or Tampering: Any electrical appliance that has been abused or tampered with will have its warranty voided, and this policy is strictly enforced.
Proof of Purchase: All defective replacements or credits must be accompanied by proof of purchase. All defective replacement warranties are based on the original purchase date and require proof of purchase before a replacement is considered.
