Pearlon Products Inc. SMS/MMS Mobile Message Marketing Program Terms

Pearlon Products Inc. (“Pearlon,” “we,” “us,” “our”) offers an optional mobile messaging program (the “Program”) that allows you to receive marketing and informational SMS or MMS messages from us. By opting in to this Program, via our SMS Sign-up Form, you agree to the following terms, which supplement our main Privacy Policy.

User Opt-In
You may choose to receive text messages from Pearlon by opting in through an online form, checkout page, or any other method clearly authorizing such communication. By opting in, you consent to receive recurring promotional and transactional text messages to the mobile number you provided. Your consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchase. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

User Opt-Out
You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe at any time by replying to any of our messages with one of the following keywords: STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You may receive one final confirmation message to verify that you have been unsubscribed. If you have any difficulty unsubscribing, please email us at info@pearlon.com for assistance. Requests made verbally or through other methods may not be effective.

Program Description and Frequency
Our text messages may include order updates, promotional offers, product news, or other information related to our products and services. Message frequency varies but will not exceed four (4) promotional messages per month unless triggered by specific interactions such as order confirmations or customer support responses.

Cost
Pearlon does not charge a fee for this service; however, message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier’s plan.

For help or information about the Program, text HELP in reply to any of our messages or contact us by email at info@pearlon.com. Please note that contacting us by email is not a valid way to unsubscribe from SMS messages — to stop receiving messages, you must use one of the opt-out methods listed above.

Service Availability and Disclaimer
Delivery of messages depends on your mobile carrier and network connection, and we cannot guarantee timely or successful transmission. The Program is provided on an “as-is” basis. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Restrictions
You must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory of residence to participate in the Program. If you are a minor, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Prohibited Content
You agree not to use the Program to send or share any unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate content.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Policy and the Program are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to this Program will be handled exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
